Called to Be a Blessing

In our Journey through the Narrative Lectionary, we have seen how God has fulfilled the promise to make Abraham’s descendants into a great nation. Today we see God working out the promise that through Abraham all the world will be blessed and we, too, are called by Jesus to be a blessing to those around us.
