As the new liturgical year begins, the season of Advent fills us with expectation for what is ahead. Of course, this raises the question, "What are we waiting for?" Well, we know that Christmas is before us and the celebration of the birth of Jesus Christ, but we are also waiting for other things these days. What are they? And what effect does anticipating them have on how we approach life, the universe, and everything?
