This service is based on the quiet, traditional expression of worship found in the Book of Common Prayer. When you arrive, you'll find a number of people chatting in the narthex until just before the service begins. Moving up the stairs to the nave, help yourself to a copy of the small red hardcover version of the Book of Common Prayer or the red cardstock Booklet. The Booklet will be easier to follow if you're new to this service. Be sure to grab a copy of the Psalm handout as well. Find yourself a convenient seat in the nave, and then turn to page 67 in the BCP or page 1 in the Booklet to be ready to follow along when the service begins. This service has no music and is spoken throughout as we go through the traditional, Old English liturgy. You can expect it to be done shortly before 9:00am.
