On this day, we celebrate Passion Sunday with the Liturgy of the Palms, and walk through the story of Jesus's triumphal entry into Jerusalem at the beginning of Holy Week, and then his death at the end. In this service, Rev Derwyn uses the biblical account of these events as the main part of his sermon, and then makes an observation about Jesus's innocence as a key theme in the Gospel of Luke.
The first two readings are from the New Revised Standard Version of the Bible, and the Gospel account is based primarily on the New Living Translation, with some alterations and additions from other versions.
