Jesus was asked by the leaders of his day by whose authority he was doing what he did and said. The question was asked of him because it was important to know. And a similar question is important for us: who do we identify as our authorities about the Christian faith? How many do we have? How do you know who should be an authority and who should not?
This sermon explores this question and includes Rev Derwyn's own account of his authority as the priest of the parish and his perspective on the authorities he pays attention to.
